Guild Shout Out!

I’ve briefly mentioned my guild on this blog a few times but today I’m going to do something I’ve never done before. Today I’d like to let people know that we are recruiting for Guild Wars 2! We are less than a week away from launch and I’m sure some people might be trying to find a home for themselves. So I figured why not tell folks about my awesome guild. Here is a little bit about us as listed on our website.

In Kamikaze Runners we abide by a simple philosophy: Real Life™ comes first and having fun with fun people is what MMO gaming is all about. We aren’t just a guild, we’re friends, we’re families, we’re kindred gamers. KR started off as a World of Warcraft guild built on the premise that as long as we were having fun and laughing together it didn’t matter how many times we wiped or had our collective posteriors bruised. We picked ourselves up, dusted off, and charged back into the fray laughing all the way until we eventually figured it out and tackled the content. It is this brand of camaraderie that has tied us all together as more than just a guild—it has forged us into a community of like minded gamers.

I founded the guild a little over a year ago and we have some really awesome people. Through good times and bad I <3 my guild. These are more than just my guildies they are my friends. 

So if you are looking for some place to call home in your adventures check us out. We’ll be on the Sanctum of Rall because the history behind the name of the server really brings home what a guild can mean to people. Also because Gaiscioch, Roger “Oldroar” Rall was from their guild, plans on having awesome server wide events. Hey and even if Kamikaze Runners doesn’t sound like the guild for you why not head over to GW2 Guilds and look over some of the guilds listed there.
