Since the forums are down at the moment, I wonder if anyone has the answer to my question.
My friend, who is trying out the game during this test, got a mail from Anet with my Digital deluxe items and she took them without reading the mail. Since the characters get deleted, does that mean that I dont get my items at launch?

With just 4 days left until and the help of some pretty awesome people I’ve managed to get 23 points in my Hall. I’m going to see just how far I can get until Guild Wars 2 is released but before I do that I just wanted to give some thanks. Without the help of these amazing people I would not be as far as I am today. So here we go…
